Dylan Henner continues to prove himself a modern ambient artist of great heart on his new LP A Dingo Crossing A Stream. This record is even more graceful than previous Henner releases like Stormbird Brother In The Dusk. All of the tracks here are made up of soft, emotive keyboard pads and distant pianos, the effect of which recalls Yamaneko’s gorgeous recent ambient explorations. For maximum bliss try closing number ‘Take A Feather From The Old Pelican’ which unfurls over twenty-two minutes.
