Legendary Californian garage-punks OSEES are fed up, and are channelling their rancorous energy into their latest record Abomination Revealed At Last. Helmed by lead single ‘FIGHT SIMULATOR’, the album thrashes with the volatile uproar of a bar fight as John Dwyer’s bellowed vocals enter a winding, spiralling passageway of twisted psychedelia. As he playfully, menacingly intones and whispers “For how long?”, the guitars distort, the bass warns with low alarm tones, and offkilter synths squeak while shuffling drums keep the pace.
